Why do I need to register/sign-up? Isn't it the same with subscribing?
Subscribing and registering both entitles you to receive daily notifications on our deals. The difference is that, in order to make a purchase, you will need to register a PoinzCoupon account. This enables you to make coupon purchases and also at the same time get loads of added benefits e.g. automatic enrolment for lucky draws and added value benefits/services and also instant customer service when a payment error is detected.

Does PoinzCoupon's coupons have expiry dates?
PoinzCoupon's coupons have expiry dates, so check for the dates when you get it. Why not put a little reminder? PoinzCoupon will also remind you 1 month and 1 week before the expiry dates of your coupon.
Must I use it immediately after purchase?
No. All coupons have an expiration date. As long as the coupon is used within the stated time frame, you can use it anytime you want. Please refer to the individual coupon's expiry date and terms and conditions for more information regarding the coupon.
What happens after the purchase?
Within a few minutes you will receive an email confirmation, confirming that your transaction is successful. Can I combine my coupon with other offers or specials?
No, unless otherwise stated.
Do I need to use the full value of my coupon at one go?
Yes, we cannot offer store credit or cash refund for any portion of the coupon value that you did not use.
If my name is on the coupon, can I give it away?
Yes, whoever uses your coupon is up to you.
PoinzCoupon is perfect reward, can I give as a gift voucher?
Of course! You can always give as a gift voucher to your friends or family. Share your love to them!
PoinzCoupon is perfect reward, can I give as a gift voucher?
When you want to give a coupon to any of your loved ones as a gift, you just need to print it and give it to them or forward the email to them so that they can print it. There is no need to worry about the name on the voucher as redemption is verified using a Serial Code. Each coupon has a Serial Code on it that gives its authenticity and validity. Merchants will be validating the coupons based on their Serial Code not name. So even if your name is on the coupon, as long as it is valid it can be redeemed by anyone.
What happens if the deal does not reach its minimum number of buyers?
If the deal does not reach the minimum required number of buyers after the countdown timer runs out, a full refund will be made into your PoinzCoupon account within 14 working days.
What happens if I do not get my coupon after having done a successful payment?
Drop us an email at support@jackcow.com and just tell us your purchase accompanied by the payment slip/receipt and we will credit your coupon right away!
What if the business I bought the coupon from closed down?
If anything happens with the business where you bought the coupon from, we'll make sure you get 100% of your money back.
